Winter Central Park Family Session-New York, NY

It was 97 degrees this week! Am I possibly pining for colder days? Ok, not winter, but maybe those nice spring in betweens. Speaking of seasons, it’s about time that I share this beautiful winter session. Most clients are not brave enough to ask for outdoor photos in January with a 9 month old, but this family was up for the challenge. We ended up with the perfect (and balmy) winter morning and beautiful light. I was so excited to photograph adorable baby Netanel–I met his mom when we were the only two in a prenatal water workout class last spring, and our boys were born only two weeks apart. Prior to our session, I scouted some locations that still had some greenery to add some pops of color to our images. We met up on a beautiful pathway that is classic Central Park, and ended with Baby N crawling across the iconic Bow Bridge–a very “growing up in New York City” moment. I also love the close snuggles we captured with his parents.

G, T, and N, thanks for the honor of photographing your family! xo
