Fine Art Friday–Flying By–Okavango Delta, Botswana

The summer seems to be flying by…August is next week? eeek!  We’ve been all over the place with weddings and travel, but I feel like I blinked and summer is 2/3 over, and that panicked feeling that August brings is oh so near.  Therefore, I’ll post an image that evokes that feeling of time zipping past you in one big blur.  I shot this on a small boat as we raced past high, luscious grasses in the Moremi Game Reserve on the gorgeous Okavango Delta in Botswana.  If you look closely, you can see the reflection of the boat in the grasses.  Even if it’s been a big blur, I hope your summer has been full of memorable events and lots of photos.  Happy Olympic Friday–enjoy the Opening Ceremonies!
